UI/UX
  • Custom Headers - TCAP now supports the ability to define custom headers to be provided by TRE to carrier.  These are currently defined at the carrier level, with future plans to support across more granular entities, i.e. company or number
  • Advanced Transfer feature added to TRS to enable correct call representation in both Teams and PBX, enhancing the transfer experience for users
  • Confirm dialog added to User Sync button as this will still perform a full tenant sync.  This compliments Targeted User Sync feature
  • Enhanced Number Block creation, supporting submission of multiple blocks in single query
  • Enhanced performance moving between companies via Currently Managing control
  • Add warning dialog added when attempting to add service to a Partner company.  Several instances reported of Partners incorrectly adding services to their own company instead of their customers.  This serves as a safety net, however still allows for services to be added where required.
  • Search company by Microsoft Tenant ID in Currently Managing list
  • Default table views updated

  • Dashboard container width scaling adjustments
  • Number attributes now visible under Platform Number/Single platform table.  These are hidden by default, but may be added via table control

API
  • Targeted User Sync:  When editing a Teams user to add/remove numbers, sync now operates specifically at the user(s) in scope as the priority, as opposed to syncing full tenant.  Full tenant Sync still runs on schedule/on demand
  • Enhanced invoice export, significantly increasing speed of export
  • Number Attributes added to GET PlatformNumbers endpoint, allowing for display of legacy attributes under single platform view
  • CallerID added to PlatformNumbers endpoint, allowing for display  under single platform view
  • New endpoints for Custom Headers
  • TRS Registration endpoints adjusted for Advanced Transfer
  • Numbers/available endpoint updated to provide active platform count

Bug Fixes
  • Fix to SSO Verification process
  • Service Hub vendor service form layouts adjusted to account for excess width of attribute definitions
  • Address validation enhancements to provide better feedback on invalid/missing attributes
  • Correct timezones in tables and date pickers (i.e. Call stats) to translate relative to users TCAP profile time
  • Numbers table not always showing expand/collapse option when multiple platforms enabled
