Version 5.0.21 - October 2026
UI/UX
-
Company Data Storage Location: Initiation of Data Sovereignty practices, TCAP now allows storage locations to be defined per company
- Customers will be able to have their PII data stored in local sovereign cloud
- This also sees Engine Locations (now labelled Data Processing Location) moved to company creation
-
Wholesaler Communication Banner: TCAP now has ability to show notification of events to Wholesaler, defined by GA only
- Please note, messages defined by PingCo shall only be made available to Wholesaler and not Partners/Companyiesbelow them.
- Future plans are in place to allow similar custom notifications to be set by other tiers and pass down the hierarchy
- Platform filter buttons now stack, and header buttons collapse, on the Numbers, Users and Number Block Allocations tables to save space on resizing when required
- User Profile Deletion now available when user is in Action Required state. Now if number assigned to a user is in Action Required state, the number can still be removed from the user to allow for full removal as opposed forcing the update.
- Enhancements to table data refresh upon data changes
- Show Partner/Wholesaler at the Numbers view table
- Add Grant Access option to faulted Zoom App Auth to simplify correction in the event of any failure
- Expose more formal validation language on Permission Set edit/delete
- Refresh of all Platform icons
- Support added for 8x8 Ring Group creation and management
- Component updates to Chakra UI
- All tables and forms now updated to modern version, including previously omitted GA tables
API
- Microsoft App Auth process - Timeouts and errors returned from Microsoft during the Grant Permission process would sometimes lead to forwarding back to TCAP, but without the necessary permissions granted. It may appear to customer that this was successful, but in actuality failed. Change now re-prompts for permissions on the Microsoft side until these are successfully granted
- Operator Platform ID now returned to TRE for dynamic routing of Operator Platform enabled DIDs
Bug Fixes
- Add Invoice lines - validation now added to prevent attempt of duplicate entries, ensuring all entered content is correct and accepted on save
- Filters on numbers table corrected. Some conditions previously locked condition to "Contains" only
- Scope locked on companies page. This is now corrected so can be viewed across all scopes
- Correct validation rule on Max Channels for Azure Communication Services
- Allow 8x8 users to be created under all scopes
- Only show CSV Create for Users when in 8x8 Platform User view
- Validation rule added to Number Block creation to ensure company/partner is provided for Direct OC upload
- Show "Plans per Number" correctly when set to Partner Only
- Number Block entry text enhancement to prevent cursor flipping mid string
- Allow scope change between Trigger views
- Correct scope when saving some triggers. Previously unsolicited call with scope 80, which only GA users could satisfy, resulting in permissions error on save for customers.
- Number block entry supports up to 19 digits
- Correct Numbers Summary data on the Numbers page
- Allow numbers to be saved with only Address update
- Anchor tooltips better on screen scaling. All tooltips should appear directly upon their entity
